IBC Trading İhracat İthalat Ltd. Şti. is an Istanbul-based wholesale trading company working in two directions: importing European-origin goods for the Turkish market, and exporting Turkish-manufactured products to Europe. Founded in 2022, we build straightforward, well-documented trade between reliable suppliers and buyers on both sides.

Our story

The company was established on 30 June 2022 and is registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (Registry No. 391121-5, MERSIS 0465-1355-5820-0001). From the start, our focus has been simple: source dependable European products and deliver them to the Turkish market with full transparency and complete paperwork.

Leadership

The company is led by its founder and sole shareholder, Aydın Vatansever, who brings more than 25 years of business experience across the construction, tourism and aviation sectors in Türkiye and the CIS. That background shapes how we work: pragmatic, relationship-driven and reliable.

What we do

Our core activity is non-specialised wholesale foreign trade (NACE 46.90). We trade in both directions. We import goods of European origin — furniture, textiles, auto parts, lighting, sanitary ware and ceramics — and supply them to the Turkish domestic market. In the opposite direction, we export Turkish-manufactured products — textiles and apparel, home textiles, ceramics, food products and construction materials — to buyers across the European Union and neighbouring countries.

How we work

Every transaction is backed by a complete set of documents: a signed contract, a proforma invoice, a commercial invoice, transport documentation (CMR and others) and an acceptance act. This discipline gives our partners and their banks full confidence in every shipment.
